Returns & Exchanges

SAMBIKE does not accept returns or exchanges because you have changed your mind. Once your order has been delivered and accepted, the sale is final. An electric bike is a considered purchase, so we would much rather help you choose the right one than take one back.

If something is wrong with your bike

This policy does not affect your rights if your bike arrives damaged or faulty, or is not the model you ordered. Contact us as soon as you notice a problem and we will put it right.

Every SAMBIKE is covered against manufacturing defects by a warranty of 6 months.
